If you’re ready to experience fishing in Carolina Beach, book a trip with Razzle Dazzle Charters. With Captain Michael at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Bonito, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Gag Grouper, African Pompano Jack, Atlantic Mackerel, Redfish, Black Seabass, Sheepshead, Vermilion Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year. During the trip, you might be spinning, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Welcome aboard their BlackJack 224! Designed by legendary boat builders Bill and Gary Kenner, from the smooth, dry ride of the “Carolina flare” bow to its classic “tumblehome” transom, the BlackJack 224 blends tradition and technology like no other boat on the market. Equipped with twin PowerPoles, Rhodan trolling motor, Garmin electronics, and a Yamaha 300HP engine you are certain to spend the day in comfort and style.
Capt. Michael will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
