Interior amenities includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TV's, WIFI, DVD player, ceiling fans and there's a walk in shower in the first floor bathroom. This home also has an elevator, but you must pay an additional fee and sign an agreement to use it, please let us know when making your reservations if you need this luxury. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, sun deck, covered porch and a screened in porch. This home is stringently ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS***
