When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Enormous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
