House is very tidy and well maintained. Close distance to beach access.
FRIDAY-FRIDAY 7 nighttime minimum

Traditional beach home on stilts. Remodeled for summer 2019. MUST BE 30 or older to rent (no exceptions ID check mandatory) NO dogs and cats. No smoking.
Guest limit 9 or (7 adults)
Driveway parking for 4+ cars. Plenty of parking, bring your boat! First floor kitchen and living room have glass sliding doors that open onto outdoor space. First floor has one full bath with Tub/shower. 2 bedrooms located on first floor (1 Full and 1 Queen bedroom). Second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath (shower, no tub). 1 King room and a 'children room' with 3 single beds on second floor. To keep rental prices down Please bring sheets and towels. Laundry room with new washer located on second floor. Outdoor shower with 2 shower heads, hot and cold water. Kitchen seats 6-8. Keurig and traditional coffee makers. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains, pillows and bed covers. Check in at 4 check out PROMPTLY at 10 and please follow check out posted at home to ensure that you get your entire deposit refunded.
