Parking under housefor 3 cars with plenty of additional room in back yard. Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non returnable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family aligned design completely furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the home.
