About this Property

This home has 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. It offers a pool that can be heated, an elevator, covered wrap around decks with some of the choice vistas on the island. The home is a reversed floor plan with the master bedroom/master bathroom, kitchen, living room and half bath on the third floor. The completely outfitted kitchen includes plenty of pots/pans, dishes and preparing silverware.

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed) each with a private bath, as well as a second modest living room. This living room contains a sleeper couch, mini refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer.

The first floor has four bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 full-over-full bunk bed). Two bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Ground level has a storage area with beach/pool equipment and additional refrigerator

** Linens supplied for all stays.

** Cleaning fee supplied for stays of more than 3 nights. A cleaning fee of $400 will be charged for stays of 3 nights or less. This charge will be added after the initial renting.

** Pool heater is available for cool spring (Apr/May) and fall (Sep/Oct) visits at an additional price of $100 per day plus tax. This charge will be added after the initial renting. Arrangements for the pool to be heated must be made prior to your stay.
