This ideally located coastal style home offers a ideal vacation spot on the convenient East End of Holden Beach to appreciate the vacation you've been dreaming of. This home has been gorgeously refreshed including newer Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring & furnishings. The inverted floor plan with it's open kitchen, dining and living room areas provide the ideal place for calming & gathering together. The kitchen is bountifully outfitted and has plenty room for all the chefs in your family. The ocean view deck off the second level invites you sit in a rocker and read a good book, watch the Pelican's scout the coastline or savor the ocean breezes & the sound of rolling waves. Savor a memorable meal inside or out on one of the porches, around the pool or at the picnic table. Appreciate refreshments in the evening on the upper crow's nest offering great viewing perspectives of the island. A Private Beach Access walkway is merely steps across the street. You'll enjoy the convenience of an enclosed outdoor hot/cold water shower after a long day in the sand. Swim some laps, hang out or just take a fast cool-off dip in your HUGE private (14' x 35') saltwater swimming pool. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home comfortably sleeps nine guests. Convenient to close by shopping, dining & water sports activities, you'll find no reason to wander far from this gorgeous coastal getaway!

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
