Brand New duplex found only 2.5 blocks from the beach. This is a bespoke constructed beach home with a designers touch. Enter the first floor and find the first set of bedrooms. In both bedrooms on this floor you will find 1 queen bed per room. You will also find a full bathroom on this floor. The middle floor of this extravagant home is an open concept floorplan where you will find the living / dining / kitchen areas. The kitchen has handsome granite countertops and stainless appliances.
When entering the top floor you will find a calming "nook" with a comfortable pull out couch; the ideal place to read and relax. You will find a cavernous master bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. There is also an additional bedroom with a queen and twin bed in this space.
