This peaceful beach bungalow has refreshed furnishings plus a kitchen with an open floor plan, island and stone countertops. Extravagance vinyl tiling throughout. Cheerful interior with dining table and chairs. high capacity HVAC.

Oceanfront outdoor space with Tyvec and vinyl railings. Other outdoor luxuries include a screened-in, covered porch with table and rockers as well as an open outdoor space for sunbathing. There is also a rinse off at the beach access.

The hall bathroom was updated along with the kitchen in 2021. Other upgrades made that same year were new beds, linens, dishes and glassware. Couch bed in the living room, bedroom ceiling fans, books, games and puzzles.
