Excellent oceanfront vistas! Centrally located on Oak Island, Altamarea is convenient to local activities, stores, and eateries, as well as the bridge leading to historic Southport and its many stores and historic points of interest.

Two flat-screen TV's (one in living room and one in loft), one DVD player (located in loft), wireless internet access. Giant dining table seats eight, with additional bar stools at kitchen counter. Outside shower with hot and cold water, oceanfront covered porch with furnishings.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
