This is a enormous duplex in a private gated community. The East-side home is named 'M & M' in honor of our two Great Aunts and the West-side home is named 'Joy of Flying' for our adore of flying. The home includes a sizable and open floor plan, the kitchen, dining, and living room all occupying the bulk of the main floor. There are monumental windows overlooking the sea, accepting magnificent vistas and tons of light. There is a huge interior doorway between the two sides making it ideal for family gatherings. A brief hallway connects the East-side with the West-side. If the children want to play games on one side, just close the doors - the interior soundproofing will ensure a peaceful respite, ideal for catching up on that mystery novel.

Each side of the duplex's lower level includes two queen-size bedrooms, each with its own sizable private bath that includes a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the second floor is designed as a 'family' suite, each side including a gargantuan primary bedroom and a guest bedroom, with a shared bath between. Every room has multiple windows to accept the light to flow into the home. When it's time for the beach, there are tons of body boards, chairs, and beach toys included in the lockable storage area under the home. There is plenty of room for the children to ride bicycles, boards, or play Cornhole under the home. Parking Notes: Guests may park directly in front of the home. If there is a covered parking area and your car is modest enough to fit underneath it, you may use this during your stay.
