Prepare your favorite meals in the completely outfitted kitchen and savor as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and simple access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely remodeled and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
