Welcome home to Sandy Feet Retreat! Hang up your laptop and put on your flip flops as you sink into vacation mode.

This gorgeous 6 Bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has room for everybody! There are four bedrooms on the main level. The primary king suite has a private balcony and guests can savor the opulent soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities in the ensuite bathroom. The first queen bedroom with its own private balcony shares a jack-and-jill bath with a second queen bedroom. The last bedroom is also a queen and has its own access to the back deck and a bathroom.

Two double bunk rooms and a bathroom are on the top level – ideal for kids or teens to claim as their own.

What makes this home even more special is all the spaces where family can gather, yet still spread out. The rooftop deck is the ideal place to appreciate a sunrise, sunset, or vistas of the ocean throughout your stay. The home is equipped with a Sonos sound system and every bedroom has a TV.

The main level living area is an airy, bright great room that includes the kitchen, dining room and huge living area. Open the doors to the broad deck and let the ocean breeze come in while you are cooking dinner, then head outside to dine al fresco.

The covered downstairs hangout is designed for beachful painless feeling vibes! Mix a sundowner drink, grab a seat, and listen to the beach music of the waves or watch a game on the TV. Set up a corn hole or ping pong tournament between trips to the beach. And don’t worry about running upstairs – there’s an outdoor shower, half bathroom, and a wet bar!

The beach access is the jewel in this home’s crown! Just a fast walk down a private neighborhood path – it’s so close you can run back and forth all day. Close to shopping, dining, and other activities - you’ll be sure to have a shell of a time!

Parking instructions:
Parking for 6 depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: The Kitchen has been completely restocked with brand new dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, and everything you need to feel at home! WIFI, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! After years of making your bed, when you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of lux, fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
