Bedroom 6 is a twin over double bunk bed with a pull out twin and attached bathroom. Bedroom 7 has two twin captains beds, both with pull out twins that shares a bathroom with bedroom 8. Bedroom 8 has two queen beds and shares a bathroom with bedroom 7. All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's.

Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and prepare for a sizable crowd. Island seating for 5, bar seating for 5, indoor table seating for 12, with additional table seating for 8 on the first level outdoor space.

Private 12x24 saltwater pool is at the 1st floor level constructed into the first story outdoor space and accessible from the first level of the home with outdoor shower. Located on a direct beach access peaceful south side location that provides for copious privacy away from the hustle and bustle. Cozy parking for 8 cars with private driveway access.

Charmingly outfitted inside and out including wireless internet access, extended cable, outdoor charcoal grille, washer and dryer and plenty of games and puzzles to keep children entertained.
