Private beach access and steps from the sea, across the road from Carolina Lake, SAFETY to code, and a brief walk to the new boardwalk, shopping, food, etc. This unique two bedroom and two bathroom end unit is located on the second floor. Giving you a ideal view of the beach and sea, overlooking the community pool and also covered... so you can value the balcony and view with just the right amount of shade. Appreciate your stay... you deserve it!!!

Our open floor plan unit is entirely decorated and ready for you to savor your stay. Thoroughly supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, washer/dryer, silverware, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. We've spent the time to make our condo TURNKEY, so that you can spend your time where it matters... with your family, peaceful, savoring the vistas, and making memories.

There is a wall mounted 55" SMART ROKU LED TV with DVD player in the main room with LARGE sliding doors to let in plenty of natural light, but also the extraordinary vistas.

Master Room: King Bed with Extravagance GEL Memory Foam Mattress with private full bathroom and sliding door access to HUGE balcony. Closet is for owner and cleaners, but there is a full sized dresser.

Guest Room: Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a pullout Trundle, which are all high end GEL Memory Foam Mattresses. Wall mounted 49" SMART ROKU LED TV. There is a PACK'N PLAY stored in the closet for use also.

Shorter stays will be considered based on last min. availability, typically within 7 days of arrival date and 2 nighttime minimum. POLICIES:

- Guests will be given TWO PARKING PASSES prior to arrival. Rules and guidelines around parking are on passes and will be supplied prior to check-in. There is not assigned parking.

- This unit/patio is NON SMOKING (Including Ecigs/Vape) and NO FAMILY PETS (Including Service/Therapy Animals) are allowed, since our son has a severe allergy to animal dander. NOTICE: If there is smoking or family dogs and cats on premises, there will be a separate $250 charge for a deep tidy.

- Renter must be at least 25, ID REQUIRED prior to confirmation of STAY/CHECK-IN and must match payment method. Whomever the reservation is under, must be present during stay.

- MAX OCCUPANCY OF 6 ADULTS OR 8 TOTAL GUESTS, including children.

- Unit caters to families, but NO PARTIES ACCEPTED. (Including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, spring breakers, graduation, etc.)

- Please make sure to leave all windows and doors CLOSED at all times. Monitored alarm system has a security feature linked to windows/doors, so it could trigger the alarm if a window or door is left open for more than 10 mins.. We have a great and sizable outdoor patio to appreciate the view and sounds of the sea!

- In the event an interior door is locked, you can unlock them from the outdoor by easily using something flat and hard… such as a utensil or flat screwdriver.

- We encourage all of our visitors to consider purchasing travel insurance in the event of inclement weather, hurricanes, illness, etc. We do not offer refunds outdoor of our refund policy, so please plan accordingly.
