The sleeper couch in the main room offers additional sleeping arrangements, if needed. This unit provides simple access to the beach, 2 semi-private pools, a tennis court and is loaded with all the amenities you will need to make your vacation complete including: HBO, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, a stereo, along with a library of movies and novels, all for your personal enjoyment. The full kitchen has all of the accessories you could possibly need to eat in. Rare covered parking is also included with this rental unit!

  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
