THE LOCATION
Duneside Rendezvous is located at the end of Duneside Drive in Ocean Isle Beach NC, resting on the edge of a tidal marsh creek, with two Northwest facing decks providing gorgeous sunset vistas overlooking the marsh wetlands, and causeway vistas. Two East facing sunrise decks adjacent to bedrooms providing private seating overlooking the island to watch the sun rise. This property is in the heart of Ocean Isle in a close proximity of all the adventurous places Ocean Isle Beach has to offer and within walking distance to the striking seashore.

PROPERTY DETAILS
Starting with the top floor is the kitchen, all granite counter tops and a 10 foot island lined with 6 bar stools, all stainless steel Profile appliances, two fridges, two dishwashers, a enormous farm sink, an induction six burner prepare-top, double wall convection oven with air fryer, a constructed in microwave, two blenders, 2 6 quart pressure cookers, ample cookware and bake ware, 36 place settings melamine dishes for pool, 36+ Mikasa place settings, 36 place settings Mikasa flatware. The dining room includes a granite serving wet bar, ice maker, wine refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee pot, De'Longhi espresso maker, N espresso Pixie, a Kuerig Coffee Maker, and dining table seating for 8.

The living room is furnished with luxury seating for 10 including a, Azul Macabas linear fireplace, holding a 70' 4k Intelligent TV. For outdoor seating and dining the top floor is furnished with a 370 square foot deck with a Guild Master Teak couch, chairs and tables, with a stunning marsh view overlooking the pool.

Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, however there is an additional half bath on each floor for added convenience. The laundry room is furnished with not just one set but two sets of sizable capacity GE Front load washer and dryers, with a constructed-in iron board with iron and steamer. The top floor holds two king bedrooms. The 1st Master King room includes a luxury double size shower, slipper tub, with a Baker vanity Marble top with vessel sinks. The 2nd King bedroom includes a granite double bath vanity and huge tile shower.

The first floor has an additional private living area furnished with 2 recliners, a 55' 4K intelligent TV, a couch, a pub/game table seating for four, and Queen Murphy Day bed, with access to this first floor 370 square foot deck with seating, pub chairs and tables for outdoor seating. The first-floor hallway includes a drink center with a granite wet bar, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and Nespresso Pixie. Additional half bath with granite vanity. The first floor has 3 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 double bunk bedroom. King bedroom 3 includes a double bath vanity, and a huge tile shower. Bedroom 4 is a queen, quartz double vanity with large tile shower. Bedroom 5 holds two twin bunk beds (one set XL twin and other set regular twin), with a bathtub and granite vanity. Bedroom 6 is a King room with a granite top vanity and tile shower. Bedroom 7 is a King granite top vanity, soaker tub, direct access to the first-floor deck overlooking pool and inter-coastal marshlands.

The Ground floor furnishes a Tommy Bahama Teak Ice Chest with a 11 x 20' private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), a propane gas grille, dining table for 8, sectional seating for 6, and teak pool loungers, and two private outdoor showers, all overlooking the inter-coastal marsh and tidal creek. The pool area is now fitted with a 55" LED TV extending the living space even further.

To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. Pool heating is available for $125 per nighttime starting 3/15 - 11/30. There is a 3-nighttime minimum to turn the heater on.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30 as well as any Wedding or Event. There is an additional fee for hosting both Weddings and Events. If you are interested in more information regarding hosting an event here, please contact us for more information before booking to ensure your event adheres to our rules and regulations.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

PET POLICY
Duneside Rendezvous is a Pet Friendly Property for an additional fee. Hypoallergenic 20 lb dogs or less can be considered. A $250 Pet fee will be applied for each dog. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. No family pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds or in the pool. You will charge an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval an additional $100 fee will be applied to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
