This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well equipped first floor condo, is located in the lavish dunes at the peaceful northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Wrightsville Dunes. Savor your own private balcony while watching the pelicans soar and the waves crash on the broad beach! Parlor poolside at one of the two community pools or play a match or two on the tennis courts. Of course, the wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways will make you feel like you have it all to yourself! This condo is in the Sterling Edition which features an exterior secured entrance to the building for your convenience.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking costs may apply and will be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Getting the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your Southport vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
