Welcome to this Coastal Modern Farmhouse Retreat, with an unbeatable location, only 4 miles from Wrightsville Beach, 0.5 miles from UNCW, 1 mile from Wilmington’s best shopping, dining, & entertainment in Mayfaire Shopping Center and about 15 mins. from the Downtown Riverwalk/Boardwalk. This property features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 14+ guests.

The first floor features a comfortable entry, cozy office/study and cozy family room, ideal for watching movies or gathering around the fireplace and which includes two fold-out sleeper couches for the biggest groups. The enormous kitchen features plentiful countertop space, open to the huge living room space. Just off the kitchen, you will find a roomy four seasons room-converted-to-dining room ideal for huge groups. You will also find a half-bath/powder room, a bedroom on the first level with a twin bed and access to the separate game room all on the first level.

The game room is separate from the rest of the living areas, and has something fun for families and friends of all ages.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and includes a bunk bed set with two twins (completely equipped with a kid-friendly slide), one bedroom with a full-size bed, and two rooms with queen beds including the private and cavernous primary suite.

Your outdoor space at your home-away-from-home includes a sizable back patio with modern coastal decor, covered pergola, outdoor dining table, and a gas grille, ideal for impromptu cookouts. Splash around in the invigorating stock tank style pool or soak up the sun or stars on the 2nd level exterior deck.
