Is your soul longing for serenity? That's exactly what you'll find at this exceptional 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach home on Oak Island! Sol-Searenity has all the amenities you've been searching for to have a calming vacation, including multiple outdoor spaces and a new fenced-in private pool. The interior has been meticulously decorated and freshly refreshed with brand-new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and delightful bespoke bathrooms. It's really a unique beach getaway that's located on the second row, just across the street and one home over from the public beach access. Plus, it features extraordinary vistas of the ocean from the front of the home and great vistas of the marsh from the rear of the home!

As you enter from the upsized front deck, you're instantly greeted into a welcoming open-concept living space with an abundance of natural light and high vaulted ceilings. The living area is outfitted with a sizable flatscreen TV and a comfortable, upsized sectional couch. Prepare breakfast before your oceanside adventures or your favorite seafood dish for dinner in the completely-outfitted, modern kitchen with handsomely appointed granite countertops, tile backsplash, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The broad kitchen island features bar seating for up to 3, and the striking wooden dining table has seating for up to 6.

Imagine waking up in the morning and walking directly outside to inhale the fresh ocean air from your bedroom. The great news is everybody in your group can do just that — as each bedroom has been equipped with sliding glass doors that lead to one of the balconies! To top it all off, each bedroom also has its very own Roku stick. Downstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and elegant coastal furnishings. This bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom on this floor, which features expanded vanity, a roomy bespoke-tiled shower, and high-end finishes. Down the hall is the first cavernous guest bedroom with a queen size bed and flatscreen TV.

Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll find a second living space with an ocean-facing balcony and beautiful vistas! This space has ample seating (including a pull-out couch), a enormous flatscreen TV, and a foosball table to savor after a day at the beach! There's even a telescope waiting for you to discover the universe and twinkling stars over the ocean at nighttime. The remaining bedrooms are down the hallway — both with handsome vaulted ceilings and marsh vistas from the top balcony. The bedroom to the left has a queen-sized bed, and the bedroom to the right features two twins. A second spectacular bathroom with an upsized vanity, a bespoke-tiled shower, and high-end finishes completes this floor.

When it's time to relax outdoors, you'll appreciate all of the different options! The covered deck at the front of the home is loaded with cozy rocking chairs to relax and look out at the ocean. One of our favorite spots is the newly added private pool area that's fenced-in and provides the ultimate area for appreciating the sun or taking an evening dip after sunset. Nearby, in the breezeway, is a unique Tiki bar with a full-sized refrigerator and a separate table with chairs. There is also plenty of space in the yard for a fun game of cornhole or bocce ball. This is only the beginning, there's even a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after visiting the beach, beach gear (like chairs and a wagon) available, and wireless internet access for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

One thing is certain if you are looking for Sea-renity, you have found your spot by the sea to relax, rest, and recharge! What are you waiting for? Be one of the first groups to experience the new updates and private pool by booking today.

Please Note: Linens are supplied with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Tricks and tips to get the perfect Southport vacation home experience:

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Summer time is high season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Southport area magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain offers and deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

How to choose the best rental in Oak Island:

  • Select your dates and spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Renovated 2nd Row w/ Private Pool + Ocean & Marsh Views has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property management company before booking your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what bed configuration is right for your trip.
  • If there's an individual Southport attraction you long to visit, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
  • To ensure that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas upon your arrival. message the property manager right away to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many problems.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.

Victory Beach Vacations

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
