Handsome corner canal home with water vistas all around! Appreciate all of your favorite water sports like boating, kayaking, and stand-up paddle-boarding. Have fun fishing and crabbing from the floating canal dock while catching your fresh seafood dinner. Bring your boat and park it on the adjacent lot to savor your vacation on the water. The floating dock is 16ft long for your convenience. If you choose to bring a boat or rent one, you can dock it at the floating dock during your stay. There is plenty of room for your boat trailer in the driveway as well as parking on the adjacent lot next door. The outdoor living at this luxury rental home is phenomenal. Unwind on the multiple covered decks or soak in the rays from the sundeck. There is a sizable grassy yard, so be sure to bring your corn hole boards or bocce set for countless entertainment. The ocean is only a short walk to the end of the street and then across the boulevard, with beach access from Marlin Street.

After a full day on the beach, be sure to take advantage of the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outside fire pit shown in the photos is not supplied in the rental, but it can be used as a table for beverages/snacks and surrounding chairs to rock your cares away. A park-style, charcoal grille is supplied for your BBQ needs.

Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with plenty of space for the whole family. Cable service is supplied on the living room TV and the primary bedroom TV while streaming Roku services are included for the bedroom TVs. The dining table seats 8 and there is counter seating for 3. A entirely supplied kitchen with tons of water vistas makes cooking together a joy.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
