The home is finally ready and we are so excited to welcome our first guests! The home is <8 miles to sink your toes in the sand at Wrightsville beach, 12 miles to Carolina beach and 7.4 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Plenty of shopping close by, Publix grocery, ALDI, Krispy cream donuts and more! There’s also a public boat launch 3.1 miles from the home, Bring your route if you have one!
Serene and roomy home only a short drive to sink your toes in the sand. Guests will appreciate the amazing backyard which includes an in-ground private pool in a calming setting. Great covered outdoor space with comfortable seating and dining area.

Located on a river, this vacation home is in Eagles Nest, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Brunswick Nature Park.
