About this Property

Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home has a enormous front and back yard. There is a screened in porch off the kitchen for meals or just calming. There’s a generous trampoline & tether ball for children. And another seating area & fire pit for the adults. We’re in a meticulous neighborhood with sidewalks right in the middle of of everything. It’s 10 mins. to the beach and 5 mins. to the cute downtown with its river walk. We are offering our home for less in exchange for pet care. We have 3 cats, 3 chickens, & 2 bunnies. The cats are mostly indoor but go outdoor. The chickens & bunnies are outdoor. They just need to be fed once a day. And the chicken cage has to be opened in the morning & closed at nighttime. Fresh eggs!
