Renovated comfortable beach bungalow across the street from the beach. Modest backyard for family pets. Centrally located in between Kure and Carolina Beach. 2x public beach accesses across the street. Generous dog door for pets with a fenced backyard and outdoor shower. Brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee pot, toaster and stainless steel cookware. Open floor plan with a rustic island in the kitchen and breakfast nook in the entry.

-We only rent to individuals who are 25 or older.
-During the summer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day we only rent by the 6-day week (Sunday-Saturday)

  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
