Savor sea and sound vistas from this 4 bedroom duplex, located across the street from the beach! Nothing was spared in this 1600 square foot treasure, including granite countertops, bespoke cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, wood floors and tile bathrooms.

The second level living area is anchored by a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV. The state-of-the-art kitchen opens up to a roomy den with a versatile island and bar stools for your comfort. Also on this level is a bedroom, with a full sized bed and a full bathroom.

The top level includes a king master suite, with a TV and DVD player, plus a private outdoor space with sea vistas and rocking chairs. A kid's bunk bed room also resides on this floor. An additional bedroom with a queen sized bed and another full bathroom are on this level.

Beach access is just one unit away. Parking for four cars and an outdoor shower are under the home.

2) How far is the home from the sea? We are directly across the street from the public beach access, so it is about a 2 min. walk to the sea.
3) Can we rent Sunday to Sunday? We typically rent Saturday to Saturday. During non-peak times, we can try to accomodate other check in days, but for peak summer months, it must be Saturdays.
4) What are check in and check out times? Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. If cleaning service accepts, we can try to be flexible in certain situations... just ask us.
