"Blue Turtle" is a handsome OCEANFRONT home on Holden Beach including a HOT TUB overlooking the Atlantic Sea. Convenient, private walkway onto the beach and within EASY WALKING DISTANCE to Holden's eateries/bars, ice cream parlors and coffee shop! This roomy home is well-appointed with 4 bedrooms (all King with private bath), 4.5 baths and 2 separate living areas- accepting visitors to spread out and relax. The porches, decks and sizable windows showcase Holden's unbelievable sunrise and sunset sea vistas! Each bedroom and both living areas have a flat-screen, HD TV with premium cable channels and high-speed internet is available throughout the home. First floor includes 1 king Bedroom (with direct access to rocking chair porch, private bath with double vanity, huge shower with bench). The oceanfront Living Room has a gas FIREPLACE and is open to the Dining area and Kitchen, including a generous granite island and gas stove. A convenient powder room is just off the main living area. The second floor has 3 king Bedrooms, each with a private tub/shower bathroom (one of two oceanfront bedrooms has private balcony); and a laundry area with full sized washer & dryer. The second floor Living area, with queen sleeper couch, has marvelous unobstructed vistas of white sands Holden Beach. The professionally landscaped yard includes an enlargened driveway, 2 showers (one enormous enclosed hot/cold shower with changing area and one boardwalk shower) and charcoal grille (charcoal not included). The oceanfront outdoor space includes rockers and outdoor dining for 6, a retractable awning (if additional shade is desired), an oceanfront HOT TUB and a outdoor space refrigerator to keep your beverages close and cold while you relax in the sun! Located close to the bridge, the Blue Turtle provides fast and smooth on/off island access!
