Endless Summer has an additional-generous 14'x26' pool with close by bathroom, wood-paneled elevator, very sizable kitchen, additional sizable covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and peerless of all...right on the sea! Endless Summer includes hickory floor on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with delightful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Appreciate unbelievable sea vistas, half covered and half uncovered, from the top outdoor space. From the second outdoor space relish covered sea vistas and a view of the children playing in the pool below. The handsome extravagant kitchen was designed with enormous gatherings in mind with a center island, bespoke cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes tidy and a drink refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outdoor) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
Pack light, because all linens are included including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also give towels for the pool. Our linens is cotton and inviting along with our towels.
