Pretty penthouse suite is the lap of opulence on second level of this grandfathered duplex home on the island of Wrightsville Beach. Located in between the sea, the channel, Johnny Mercer Pier and the eateries. Beach access is access 18. After a hot day on the beach take a shower in one of the two outdoor showers and then, lounge under the covered front outdoor space on the swing or at the table that seats six that is shaded by one of the biggest oak trees on the island or in the fenced shared backyard that has a table that seats 12. Kitchen has pretty sleek quartz counter top, glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Unit has pretty Hickory wood floors and cute tile in bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds and wall mounted tvs and there is a pull out leather couch bed that sleeps two. Two full bathrooms one with a tub shower combo and a stand up shower in the other bath with a washer and dryer. Unit is completely supplied with dishes to prepare and linens and linens for your stay. This rental is not available for long term rental during off season at a discounted rate- it would be the full rate. Please check out our other unit at Vacation Rental By Owner# 487998- it sleeps six and is available for shorter stays as well- same location (as the home is a grandfathered duplex). Or, rent the whole home which sleeps 12 and is Vacation Rental By Owner#1269872. The whole home option is great for families who want to be close but, still want some privacy. Each level has its own kitchen, living room, baths and bedrooms and the entrances from one part of the home to the other is from the outdoor front and back steps only.
