Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach.
