About this Property

This spectacular 4 BR / 4 BA Islander Villa condo is located at the enchanting west end of Sea Isle Beach. This barrier island is located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC (roughly 30 min. drive north or south).
Our charmingly adorned unit is on the lowest level of the building, so there will be very few stairs to climb. However, if you have tons of groceries or you are tired from a long day at the beach, there is an elevator to carry you up to the condo.
The condo has 4 bedrooms and each has an en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 double beds each. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is one in the living room as well.

There is a view of the sea from our back outdoor space and a unreal view of turtles of many sizes in the canal below! No fishing or swimming is allowed in this canal.

The condo offers access to The Isles Restaurant and Beach Club Pool located right on the beach. Pool and parking passes will be located inside condo. The beach is a 5 min. walk or you can drive .4 miles (2 min drive) to the pool where there is beach access, parking and bathrooms.

Our kitchen is thoroughly outfitted and has polished stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser. The condo also has energy efficient washer and drier.

We do not give give sheets or towels.

No dogs and cats and no smoking allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS

Golf carts are allowed, however, NO TRAILERS ACCEPTED. This is a HOA rule.

Our cancellation policy is firm. The only exception will be if the island is closed to visitors.

Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service will be using Clorox disinfectant cleaners between every rental. We suggest that you bring disinfectant wipes and use them for wiping down door handles, light switches etc. upon your arrival. We also suggest that you bring your own PPE and any other disinfectants that you deem necessary.
