Welcome to Live Oak Villa! Our brand new family friendly home is conveniently located on the unique barrier Oak Island. This home comes entirely supplied- everything you would need to make a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, kids's toys in the kid's room, beach chairs and games for the whole family. Sleeping arrangements include a king primary, queen room and a kids room with double sets of twin over twin bunk beds. Plenty of parking in the sizable driveway and even a covered space under the home. Outdoor living areas include second story decks right off the kitchen and patio/play space under the home with a dining area and even swings for the kids! We are a short walk to the canal and only a 4 min. drive to public beach access. Be sure to visit the Oak Island Light House and the Nature Center.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.
