This home is well-located, just a few mins. walk from the surf on a beach access street. Bikes supplied. The canal waterway connects to the Intracoastal Waterway a short distance away. The location is great to launch the kayak or park your boat for the week. The canal is navigable by kayak or motorboat at all tide levels (no mud at low tide). This home is on a direct beach access street, about 550 yards from the beach.

Ocean Isle is a unique family-aligned beach and very residential in look. The island is mostly single family homes. The town is very modest and quaint, yet has a very up-to-date utility system, with city water, sewer, cable, and High Speed Internet services.

Only 20 mins. from North Myrtle Beach and 15 mins. from about 20 different golf courses, Ocean Isle is a great vacation choice for any family!
