Great refreshed single floor ranch home with sizable fenced in backyard and ample parking close to Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Quiet, modest and laid back neighborhood in great location 7-8 mins from Wrightsville Beach, MayFaire Mall, and Jungle Rapids. Kitchen and both bathrooms have been newly modernized with new master en suite bath. 3 bedrooms with the ability to sleep six, this comfortable home makes for a great beach or Wilmington hideaway.

Eight min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and boat put-in on Intracoastal. Painless access to Mayfaire and shopping, and simple trip to Downtown and UNCW. Right down street from one of the better breweries in Wilmington. If you're looking for an fresh neighborhood, this is not it- however if you're looking for painless going and laid back in a great location close to the beaches and water, look no further. Plenty of space out in fenced-in backyard for kids and dogs.

Kitchen features new countertops and floor, subway tile backsplash, and huge eat-in kitchen where family or group can dine together. Kitchen leads to cozy den/family room filled with natural light- huge enough for entire family to relax and take in a movie after a long day at the beach, water park, or downtown. Family Room has backdoor to patio and enormous fenced-in backyard. The front living room is the ideal spot to read, relax, or have a cup of coffee with cozy chairs. It also makes for a great workspace at desk with WiFi if needed.
