About this Property

Our second row beach home includes the vistas you want from both decks and everything you need for your beach hideaway. Rocking chairs and bar height outdoor seating for appreciating the pelican flights, evening drinks and the most pretty sunrises and sets in NC! Also includes five bedrooms and five full bathrooms on two levels. The first level includes two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and there are two full bathrooms on the first level (one includes a tub and shower) and three full bathrooms on the second level. The second level has a true master with spectacular vistas of the sea and a walk out to the second level outdoor space. The master has a king bed. The second upper level bedroom has two queens and a full bath and the third upper level bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.

Conveniences include a 9' X 21' private HEATED pool ($75 per nighttime of stay) with generous furnishings for inviting, enclosed outdoor shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Intelligent TVs in every bedroom and in the family room, DVD player, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker and secure Wi-Fi. Outdoor propane grille in pool area and plenty of lounges and chairs poolside. This home is located eight homes from the Winnabow Street beach access for a one min. walk to the beach. House is 1.5 miles from town for an smooth bicycle ride, walk or 3 mile running loop.

Sea Isle Beach or "OIB" is widely considered the peerless beach location in North Carolina. Our home and this beach is the ideal place to appreciate cycling, running, kayaking or your favorite summer reading. Our island is southern facing which is ideal for shelling, hunting for sea glass, collecting sand dollars and our Friday nighttime Summer Concert Series is can't miss fun!

Located between historic Wilmington, NC to the North and the bustling entertainment of Myrtle Beach, SC to the South, these attractions are just 30 mins. away. Just over the bridge on the mainland are stores, eateries, grocery stores, movie theater and miniature golf.

There are twelve golf courses within 10 miles. Drive 30 miles south to Myrtle Beach where you will find over 90 golf courses, copious eateries including the outlet malls, specialty stores, and plenty to do! 30 miles north and you're in historic Wilmington with handsome downtown shopping and eateries to discover.

The golf cart outlet is on the first floor outdoor space, so you will need an extension cord. Bedspreads and pillows are supplied. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, paper and soap products are not included.
