A fun, roomy, well-maintained home located in the center of Historic Carolina Beach with direct access to the freshly finished Greenway bicycle path. This 4-bedroom, 2 bath duplex sits tucked away on a cul-de-sac which opens to our impressive bicycle/walking path.

On the ground level you will find parking for two. upstairs to the living room featuring a sizable flat screen tv, complementary Wi-Fi, open to the kitchen and dining room as well as a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo and the washer and dryer. Also, on this level a queen bedroom, and bunk room with 5 twins!

The master suite is located upstairs with a full bath that opens to the hall as well. Long days in the sun and salt air will leave you casual and ready to kick back in the game room which has a queen sleeper couch for additional guest. Be sure to bring along your favorite gaming console to hook up to the tv! Just off the game room there is a balcony with comfortable chairs come savor island living overlooking the handsome Island Greenway!

Parking for 2 cars. Located just 2 mins. from the ocean and in the center of the island this is the ideal hideaway to relax / appreciate everything Historic Carolina Beach, Kure beach and Fort Fisher has to offer!
