Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 2nd floor, end unit, roomy two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) and windows in the kitchen and living room that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed family pets are welcome (additional fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The freshly modernized kitchen includes all major appliances and accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 32” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room and a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The home has wireless internet, COMPLIMENTARY-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two cars. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Parlor Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their cars right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (eateries, stores, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**

Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that Vacation Rental By Owner charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Cape Fear National at Brunswick Forest and The Clubs at St. James are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
