Looks like units for Summer of 2019 all nearly filled up,but the fall and winters in Sea Isle Beach N.C. are ideal too! There are very reasonable rental prices for off season. Winter rental will be $1,925.00 per month plus utilities.
We are currently seeking a long term Winter Rental from Oct. 27th 2020 to March 31 2021. Rental monthly rate will be $1925.00 a month plus utilities of cable, water sewer and electric.
Quiet and calming with less people and beautiful surroundings. Please consider renting a Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday holidays with all the family in this well appointed surprisingly supplied kitchen for a enormous holiday dinner! Summer,Spring ,Fall and Winter (average winter temperatures are 55 degrees). All Seasons are very handsome and peaceful here on the island. A family Thanksgiving Reunion in November has also been fashionable with our visitors(our kitchen is well supplied to prepare generous meals, complete stainless steel preparing pots and pans, many baking trays, copious dishes and silverware for a very sizable crowd, copious serving bowls, serving trays, new chef knife set,hardworking dishwasher, too)!!!

There are porches with copious seating areas to relax and hear the sea at nighttime and the feathered friends during the day. The home is located on a concrete canal with a floating dock and direct access to the Inter-coastal waterway. Come with your Boat ,Kayaks, Water Boards, Rafts,Fishing and Crabbing equipment. . No smoking. No Animals. Accommodates 14. Great for families with children or adults !!
