Pelican Watch, Unit 706 is an ocean front seventh floor unit in an elevator building with great vistas, & wireless internet & cable for your enjoyment during your stay. Located in center of island close to shopping and eateries. This unit has fantastic vistas from the huge deck with patio seating for 8, with access from living area & master bedroom. Flat screen tv/dvd combo in the living room & master bedroom with King bed and flat screen tv. You also have a completely equipped kitchen outfitted with spice rack and wine /beer refrigerator. 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, & a flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk sets ideal for the kids. The complex has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and grilling area. min. occupancy is 8 and max. 2 cars.Parking for max. 2 cars across the street.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is by the ocean.
