Its time to book your beach vacation! Where can you go to have oceanfront vistas, swim in a crystal-clear pool by the ocean, play a game of tennis, or just relax with a book, and still have some privacy? Located along the dunes and seagrass in the northern end of Wrightsville Beach is “Phillips” a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located on the second floor of the Wrightsville Dunes Condominium Complex.

Upon entering this unit, you will be pleasantly pleased with the calming color palettes and comfortable beach décor. To the left, is a comfortable guest bedroom with two twin beds that is serviced by the newly refreshed bathroom. A handsome vanity with cherry cabinetry and black granite counters compliments the shower/tub combo that features a shower wand for added convenience. Across the hallways is the second guest where you will find a queen-sized bed.

As you walk down the main hallway you are enticed into the open living area by impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is to the right and the dining area to the left. The simply decorated kitchen is entirely equipped with an automatic drip coffee pot, automatic can opener, microwave, dishwasher as well as a refrigerator, stove, and oven. The dining area is comprised of a wooden table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 3 additional stools.

Across from the dining area, just off the living room, is a set of solid pane privacy French doors that lead to the ocean front master bedroom suite. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed and the private master bathroom has been freshly modernized and features cherry cabinetry and a ceramic tiled walk-in shower with spray wand. All the bedrooms are outfitted with classic tinted wicker furnishings that adds to the overall beachy feel and appeal of this home.

The living room is where you can relax on the comfortable furnishings with family, play games or watch a movie on the huge flat screen TV. Beyond the living room is a sliding glass door that leads to an broad covered deck with four highboy chairs and tables, where you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset with your favorite drink and make timeless memories with your family.

This property has two assigned tandem parking spots under the building. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) labelled for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Burgwin-Wright House and City Stage Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include New Hanover County Arboretum and Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park.
