This handsome 2 story OKI beach home has a private pool and is charmingly located near the middle of the island, just 2 blocks from the intracoastal waterway. Here the ambiance is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic. This is the ideal vacation spot for your family and friends to appreciate! This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in front porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. There is even a playroom and pool table downstairs with bunk beds and a huge flat screen 3D TV. With these 2 common spaces / living areas, there is plenty of space for everybody. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor are conveniently located directly off the family room and kitchen. The beach access is a fast 5 min. drive away. But after you have appreciated the sun at the beach, relax in the sizable swimming pool or grilling your favorite meal by the pool.
