Freshly modernized 2br/2ba condo has a colossal additional generous outdoor space with access from both the Master bedroom and Living room with striking vistas of the beach/sea from the top/3rd floor. New floor and windows throughout unit. New outdoor bar height captain chairs and pub height table offer unspoiled sea and sunset vistas.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, full private bath, and sliding glass doors to the outdoor space. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the sea. The second bedroom has two twin beds, full bathroom and its own patio overlooking the sizable outdoor pool. The living room offers a sleeper couch to fit a total of 6 people restfully.
