About this Property

Our home offers an open and cavernous floor plan where you’ll find most of the sleeping quarters on the first floor, living quarters on the second, and TWO master suits on the third floor! We are also supplied with an elevator that goes to the second floor. The living room has a 70” intelligent TV and each bedroom has a 55” intelligent TV as well.

Directly off the living room area is a private play area for children. This room has its own tv, game console, couch, and game table!

In addition to the new private pool area, there is also a new covered outdoor bar and lounge area! The bar area includes a 65” outdoor tv, 5 burner grille top, ice machine, and mini refrigerator! As well as plenty on seating for all! Ideal spot to relax while watching the children play in the pool!

Our second and third story balconies have breath taking vistas of the inner coastal waterway as well as sea vistas! As soon as we saw this home and all the potential is has, we fell in appreciate! “Sea Scape” is the ideal place for you and your family to make memories that will last you a lifetime!
