This cavernous one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the breathtaking Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the huge living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and savor not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is entirely equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the sizable laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The newly refreshed bathroom offers space galore. Appreciate the roomy dining area or snack at the bar – stools included.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, and is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
