The owner's constructed this as their dream home so attention to detail and upgrades are through the roof. They decided to rent it out so other families could appreciate it as well. You can smell the new paint as you walk into the open floor plan with radiant and inviting decor. The kitchen includes brand new, soft close cabinetry, a sizable island (seats 4), elegantly designed tile back splash and a farm sink! The main floor includes 1 king size bed, full shower with double vanities, and a laundry room with full use of brand new washer and dryer. The additional living space on the second floor includes two queen bedrooms with a sleeping loft containing two twin beds. So for sheets purposes, you will need two queen sets, two twin sets and one king. The home is near the 55th street boat ramp and includes an outdoor enclosed shower with a 1/2 bath so technically a FULL bath that is outdoors. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming as well. All you need to bring are your sheets and towels and you are set! The island offers boating, kayaking, golf, fishing, nature trails, parks, mini-golf, shopping, eateries, grocery store, golf cart units, ice cream stores along with splendid sunrises and sunsets with our South facing beach.
