PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) and outdoor shower. Top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, well-quipped kitchen ideal for the gourmet prepare, themed bedrooms, sizable kids's game and TV area with DVD player, huge master suite. The huge bespoke kitchen is ideal for family entertaining. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. The second floor den has enormous flat screen TV. The master suite and the kitchen have their own private gazebo's overlooking the ocean. The front of the home is full of windows with two large walk-out decks to appreciate the impressive ocean air. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shore Beats Work has a gas pool heater available for use October 1st - May 15th. Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

Pet Policy
Shore Beats Work is a Pet Friendly Property for a non-returnable fee of $500. This accepts you to bring up to two family family pets. Homeowner approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed in the pool, on the furnishings or beds. You will charge an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval an additional fee will be applied to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early.
