THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach NC is the ideal spot to appreciate a coastal vacation. Sonrise is only a short walk to the ocean, local attractions, bars, and eateries! This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will savor an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool and bathrooms in addition to the private pool at the property. There is a golf cart parking area, making it painless to pack up all your beach essentials and enjoy a day in the sun!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This luxury property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation.

Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to (6) cars. There is a Private Pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and Tiki bar equipped with a Intelligent TV, close by you will find an outdoor shower. TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The TV located in the den has simple access for gaming consoles. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor has a huge open living area with dining for up to 14 and a completely outfitted kitchen. This home is very roomy and includes an elevator.

For those who appreciate to grille this property includes a propane gas grille to utilize at your leisure. To make your stay feel more at home we have supplied a Keurig and a Drip coffee system. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry for easy check-in.

BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS
First Floor-

Room 1: King with full bath.

Room 2: Queen paired with a set of Twin Bunk Beds. This room includes a full bath.

Room 3: Twin Bunk Beds (x2) with a full bath.

There is an additional half-bath located in the den.

Second Floor-

Room 4: King with full bath.

Room 5: Queen with a full bath that can be used as private or connected to main living area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Parties are not allowed at this property.

Animals are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property. If caught smoking anywhere on the premises you will incur a fee.

No cots or blow-up beds allowed.

Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
