Big townhome with 2 floors accommodating 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, for up to 8 visitors.

Plan your outings, or flex your work and play schedule with 1Gb fiber Internet and wifi.

The main floor includes an "In-Laws" bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, an open concept kitchen, dining, and sizable family space with access to the main floor sea-view balcony.

The 2nd floor sports the "Childrens" bedroom with a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The "Parents" bedroom includes a private full bathroom, dual-sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and an sea-view balcony.

Stairs give access up to the townhome main entrance.

The cavernous under-home parking pad can accommodate 5-6 cars including covered parking for 2-3 cars. The under-home pad also includes an entertainment/grilling area.

From the home, it is a 30-second walk (~150 feet) to public beach access.

We may be able to accommodate bigger groups of up to 20 visitors if both Unit 1 and Unit 2 are available for renting!
