You will find that the secondary living area upstairs has been attractively converted into a 7th bedroom. There is certainly enough space for everybody to spread out and relax! On the first level, you will appreciate the roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with impressive vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will adore the updated cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will savor the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The huge dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Also located on the first level, Bedroom #1 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with tub/shower combo. You will also find a modest seating area located in this room.

The 2nd level features Bedroom #3 complete with a Queen bed, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 complete with 2 King beds, TV, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
