Summer Wind Upper is one side of a duplex (Upper & Lower). It can be rented as one side, or as a "whole". To rent both sides of the unit, visit the unit page called Summer Wind. Please note, because this unit is a duplex some niceties will be shared between both sides of the unit.

Summer Wind Upper is a handsome, big, 6 bedroom, oceanfront, pet friendly, *duplex*(upper) located in Carolina Beach. The location, which lies directly in between the boardwalk and the fishing pier is an oceanfront getaway. Within walking distance to the nightlife and activities downtown Carolina Beach offers, yet removed enough for family tranquility. Summer Wind has a private walkway to the comfortable beach and peaceful waters and offers recreation at it's choice. Savor dolphin or sea watching from the expansive 180 degree wrap around windows of the great room or lounge on the elevated, sea view, outdoor space. Whatever your holiday dreams may be Summer Wind is there to give it.
