THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach is the ideal place to appreciate a calming family vacation! In addition to its main attraction, the alluring beach, Sunset Beach is proud to be the official stop on the North Carolina Birding Trail. There are plenty of areas for bird lovers to view the different species, including the pier. And if a game of golf is a must during your vacation, you will have your choice of three signature golf courses. The home has gorgeous vistas of the intercostal and is only a short walk to the beach access.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor includes a den, wet bar, and pool table. The elevator goes to all levels! All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.
Animals are not allowed at this property
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is on a lake. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina. Tribal Island and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

Get the best rental value:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. Book your Southport rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
